7 Days of Elegance: A Sailing Story from Cannes
Departing from the Port of Cannes aboard your Riviera Boat Luxury Charter.
Day 1: Cannes – The Islands of Stillness (Îles de Lérins)
After boarding in the Port of Cannes, we sail just 15 minutes to the Îles de Lérins. Anchor between Saint-Honorat and Sainte-Marguerite. Enjoy a first lunch on deck with the Palais des Festivals in the distance. Swim in the turquoise passage of the “Plateau du Milieu” and visit the underwater eco-museum.
- Activity: Wine tasting at the Monastery on Saint-Honorat.
Day 2: The Red Rocks of Estérel (Théoule-sur-Mer to Agay)
We head West toward the dramatic red volcanic cliffs of the Massif de l’Estérel. The contrast between the deep red rocks and the emerald water is breathtaking. We drop anchor in the secluded bay of La Figueirette for a private afternoon of snorkeling and paddleboarding.
- Sailing Story Tip: This is the best spot for sunset photography on the Riviera.
Day 3: Saint-Tropez – Glamour & Gold (Pampelonne Beach)
We sail toward the world’s most famous fishing village. We skip the crowded port during the day and head straight to Pampelonne Beach. Anchor in front of Club 55 for a legendary lunch. As the sun sets, we cruise into the Port of Saint-Tropez to experience the nightlife.
- Activity: Evening cocktails at Senequier.
Day 4: Port Grimaud – The Venice of Provence
Just a short cruise across the gulf lies Port Grimaud. This charming lakeside city is best explored by tender. Navigate the colorful canals and enjoy a quiet dinner in a waterside bistro.
- Sailing Story Tip: A perfect day for those who love architecture and Provencal charm.
Day 5: Fréjus & Saint-Raphaël – The Adventure Day
Heading back East, we stop at the Gulf of Fréjus. This area is perfect for high-speed water sports. Deploy the jet skis and seabobs from the swim platform of your Riviera Boat.
- Activity: Explore the sea caves of Saint-Raphaël by kayak.
Day 6: Cap d’Antibes – The Billionaire’s Bay
We reach the legendary Cap d’Antibes. Anchor in the “Baie des Milliardaires” (Billionaire’s Bay) under the shadow of the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. The water here is incredibly clear and calm, perfect for one last long day of swimming and relaxation.
- Sailing Story Tip: Look out for some of the world’s largest superyachts that call this bay home.
Day 7: The Final Return to Cannes
A slow morning cruise along the coastline, passing the famous luxury villas of the Riviera. We return to the Port of Cannes for disembarkation, but not before one last lunch in the Bay of Cannes.
